After almost a year of being closed, Saint-Emilion has reopened.

Ondine is back in the “old house” to take care of longtime and new guests.

We serve dinner Thursdays through Sundays with a menu of classic French dishes prepared by Chef Pascal Paviani.

Most Wednesdays we feature a Wine Tasting Dinner or a Special Event for a limited number of guests.

Reservations are taken online only through RESY. No phone reservations. We also accept walk-ins if space allows.
