After almost a year of being closed, Saint-Emilion is gradually reopening.

Ondine is back in the “old house” to take care of longtime and new guests.

We book a few tables each night, available by online reservations only.

We serve dinner Thursdays through Sundays with a short menu of classic French dishes prepared by Chef Pascal Paviani.

Most Wednesdays we feature a Wine Tasting Dinner for a limited number of guests.
